This in-office procedure involves minimally invasive penis filler injections, enabling patients to resume work and regular activities immediately after treatment.
PhalloFILL® uses FDA-approved hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, strategically injected along the full length of the penis to increase girth and thickness in both the flaccid and erect states. These injections are performed in stages, rather than all at once, with 4 to 6 units of filler typically administered per session. The filler is carefully layered and spaced out over treatments that occur approximately three weeks apart, giving it time to integrate and stabilize with the body’s natural tissue before additional volume is added.
Following each procedure, the patented PhalloSleeve® device is worn to provide gentle compression and elongation during the healing phase. This helps optimize filler placement and supports a smooth, symmetrical result. On average, each session adds about ¼ to ⅓ inch of girth, with most patients completing 2 to 4 sessions for a total gain of ½ to 1 inch. Some individuals may experience increases of 1½ to 2 inches in girth with additional treatments, depending on their unique anatomy and personal goals.
As the filler gradually metabolizes over time, maintenance treatments every 12 to 18 months are recommended to preserve results. PhalloFILL® offers unmatched flexibility, as it can be adjusted, enhanced, or reduced at any point to align with the patient’s evolving preferences.
