Dr. Tatem is a board-certified Urologist and fellowship-trained sexual medicine expert. He is currently based in Indianapolis, Indiana where he practices with one of the largest Urology groups in America, Urology of Indiana. He currently serves as co-director for Urology at Indiana’s Men’s Health Center, one of the highest volume dedicated Men’s Health practices in the nation.
Dr. Tatem attended college at the University of Georgia, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He went on to attend medical school at The Medical College of Georgia, where he graduated as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha with honors. He completed his residency in Urology at Indiana University School of Medicine before pursuing his fellowship in Male Sexual and Reproductive Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Tatem has dedicated his career to fields of male sexual wellness, male fertility, and Men’s Health. He is an internationally recognized expert in his field and has published extensively on Urology and Men’s Sexual Health.

Dr. Amy Pearlman is a board-certified, fellowship-trained urologist with expertise in male hormonal and sexual health, as well as genital reconstruction. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL, and her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She completed her residency at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, and her fellowship at Wake Forest in Winston Salem, NC. She directed the Men’s Health Program at a busy academic institution in the Midwest before relocating to South Florida to Co-found Prime Institute.
Dr. Pearlman is a board member for the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and active member of the American Urological Association. She is an avid researcher and educator on the local, regional, and national levels. She is on the editorial boards for the Urology Times® and Therapeutic Advances in Urology.
Dr. Pearlman offers evidence-based, innovative, and comprehensive options (medical, procedural, and surgical) to men with testosterone deficiency, erectile dysfunction, buried penis, and penile curvature. She also offers cosmetic procedures including male girth enhancement, having presented multiple studies on the safety and efficacy of hyaluronic acid filler for male enhancement.

Dr. Holly Barko is board-certified, and fellowship trained in regenerative medicine having excelled in aesthetic medicine, injections, and specialized skin care and anti-aging treatments. Dr. Barko attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX where she went on to complete an internship in Internal Medicine at Presbyterian Hospital, Dallas. Dr. Barko later completed her residency in anesthesiology, critical care, and pain management at the Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston where she was board-certified in 2011. She returned to Dallas to start her own practice. A few years into practice, it began to weigh on her how much of our medical care revolves around the treatment of illness through the heavy use of pharmaceutical drugs and surgical treatments as opposed to preventative care. Dr. Barko began to study functional and anti-aging medicine, using an integrative approach that focuses on preventative care and lifestyle changes. She went on to complete a fellowship in Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine and is now board-certified in this specialty. Dr. Barko has an extensive background in anesthesia, pain management, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine in both men and women and has been the medical director for Advanced Skin Fitness, Dallas since 2018. Dr. Barko takes pride in formulating personalized diet and hormone replacement therapies combined with aesthetic skin and body treatments that help patients look and feel their best.
