Male enhancement procedures have become increasingly popular due to safe and reversible options such as PhalloFILL®, the leading hyaluronic acid girth enhancement treatment available. PhalloFILL® is performed over a series of injection treatments. The number of treatments is determined by the goals of each patient and the desired enhancement. Unlike other methods where the entire amount of filler is added at once, PhalloFILL® uses a conservative approach that adds filler gradually to offer optimal filler retention and aesthetic results. It can sound enticing to have a permanent filler or a one and done treatment, but using permanent products and adding too much filler at once can be detrimental to the patient’s health and outcome. PhalloFILL® prides itself in products that are safe and reversible, allowing men to feel confident in their decision to enhance themselves without compromising safety or the risk of permanent disfigurement.
PhalloFILL® injections are performed using naturally occurring hyaluronic acid filler, the same fillers used in facial aesthetics for over 20 due to their unmatched safety profile and reversible nature. The injections run along the entire length of the shaft adding thickness both flaccid and erect. The number of units injected during each treatment is determined by the length of the penis. For most average sized men 4 – 6 units are injected per treatment. Patients can expect roughly 1/4 – 1/3 of an inch increase with each treatment. Most patients find optimal results with 2 – 4 treatments adding between 1/2 inch and 1 inch in additional girth. Some go larger. Any reasonable girth can be safely achieved with multiple treatments of PhalloFILL® and filler can be added or reduced at any time should asymmetry occur. Dr. Jonathan Beilan specializes in Sexual Medicine as a fellowship trained, board-certified urologist at Advanced Urology Institute in Clearwater, Florida. He primarily focuses on treatments for erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, low testosterone, male infertility, and microsurgical procedures for assisting men in fathering biologic children.
Dr. Beilan earned his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida. He was part of the inaugural class of the UCF College of Medicine in Orlando, Florida in 2009. He went on to complete his general surgery internship and urologic residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, followed by a complete clinical fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine in 2019.
Dr. Beilan has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications in the field of sexual medicine and has presented posters, podiums, and abstracts at national and international meetings. In 2022, Dr. Beilan was appointed as an Assistant Professor to the Collaborative Faculty of the USF Department of Urology and currently hosts USF REI fellows as part of their male reproductive medicine rotation. Dr. Beilan is a member of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA), American Urological Association (AUA) and its Southeastern Section (SESAUA), the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and the Society for Male Reproduction and Urology (SMRU). He is an active member within the AUI/Solaris family and remains committed to the highest level of patient care and trainee education.
