The enlargement process is achieved through several treatments, with a typical result of up to 1/4 to 1/3 inch of additional girth per visit. Down There Urology, PLLC was founded by Drs. Fenwa Milhouse and Dr. Jagan Kansal, two like-minded, highly specialized and forward-thinking urologists who sought to create an inclusive urologic clinic focused on treating the intimate sexual health needs of all humans.
With traditional medicine transitioning into corporate medicine, Down There Urology was founded with an emphasis on patient care and outcomes rather than the volume of patients. With quality care being the number one priority, patients can be assured adequate time will be spent consulting and treating their most intimate medical needs.
Given the complexity of the healthcare industry, frustration continues to mount for patients and physicians. The founders of Down There Urology represent a select group of healthcare professionals with extensive expertise and specialized training in sexual medicine and pelvic floor conditions. Traditional physicians may lack value for the importance of sexual health both mentally and physically and how these health conditions can heavily impact the patients daily life.

Dr. Fenwa Milhouse is a board-certified, fellowship-trained urologist and specialist in Sexual Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Milhouse previously worked for the largest private practice provider in the state of Illinois as the leading pelvic floor surgeon. She is the co-founder and owner of Down There Urology in Chicago.
Dr. Milhouse treats all adult individuals with a focus on treatments for sexual dysfunction,
cosmetic genital enhancement, urinary incontinence, and reconstructive pelvic surgery.
Dr. Milhouse enjoys social media and utilizes its outreach to destigmatize sexual health and genital wellness, as well as demonstrate the importance of representation in the field of Urology.

Dr. Milhouse is an active member of the Chicago Urological Society, the Sexual MedicineSociety of North America (SMSNA), American Urological Association, Society for Female Pelvic Medicine & Urogenital Reconstruction, the International Society of the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, and the International Society of Cosmetogynecology.
Dr. Milhouse has a passion for intimate patient care and innovative treatments for men and women to improve sexual health and overall wellness through improved confidence and quality of life with advanced medical treatments.
Dr. Milhouse is a wife, mother of 3, and lover of food!
Dr. Kansal is a highly trained and experienced urologist and specialist in men’s sexual health. He holds dual MD/MBA degrees from Indiana University School of Medicine and The Kelley School of Business and completed a 5-year urology residency in Ohio. His passion for men’s health led him to specialize even further through a fellowship program focused on men’s sexual medicine, male infertility, and microsurgery under the mentorship of renowned surgeons. After completing this 11-year journey, he returned to Chicago to lead the Men’s Health Center at a large multispecialty practice, where he has been nationally recognized for his expertise.
Dr. Kansal is a respected member of the andrology community, and active in several professional societies, including the Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA), the Society for the Study of Male Reproduction, and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. He offers comprehensive care for men’s sexual dysfunction, including penile enhancement, ejaculatory and orgasmic issues, low testosterone, erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s disease.
