Dr. Bhavik Shah is a highly skilled Urologist specializing in all facets of general adult urology, with a particular expertise in penile implant surgery, penile reconstructive surgery, Peyronie’s disease treatment, erectile dysfunction, male girth enhancement, and incontinence surgery. He is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for his patients, especially those affected by prostate cancer. Leveraging the latest advances in medical and surgical technology, Dr. Shah is committed to providing effective treatment options tailored to the unique needs of each individual patient.
Dr. Shah’s educational journey began with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida, followed by a Medical Degree from Northeastern Ohio Medical University. He had the privilege of working under the esteemed Dr. John P. Gearhart at Johns Hopkins Medical Center, focusing on improving the quality of life for patients with the rare condition known as Bladder Exstrophy. He completed his internship in General Surgery and a residency in Urology at the University of South Florida, training alongside one of the world’s leading penile implant surgeons, Dr. Rafael Carrion.
In addition to his extensive research contributions, which encompass topics such as bladder exstrophy, penile prosthetic surgery, and urinary incontinence, Dr. Shah is renowned for his patient-centered approach. He recognizes that each patient’s experience is unique and therefore customizes treatment plans to fit individual needs. As the founder of 360 Urology, Dr. Shah envisions a practice dedicated to providing personalized care that empowers patients to live their best lives while actively pursuing optimal health outcomes.
