How PhalloFILL® Works to Increase Penis Size

PhalloFILL® uses hyaluronic acid dermal filler injections along the entire shaft of the penis to enhance girth and thickness in both the flaccid and erect states. Treatments are performed in stages rather than adding the full amount of filler at once. Typically, 4–6 units of filler are placed per session, layered gradually to achieve the desired contour. Injections are spaced about three weeks apart to allow the filler to stabilize and integrate with the patient’s natural tissue before additional product is added.

Following each procedure, PhalloFILL®’s unique post care protocol is used to provide compression and elongation during the healing process. This supports optimal filler placement and promotes a uniform aesthetic result. Each session typically adds approximately ¼ to ⅓ inch of girth, with most patients undergoing 2–4 sessions to achieve an overall increase of ½ to 1 inch. In some cases, depending on anatomy and treatment goals, patients may gain up to 1½ to 2 inches in girth with additional sessions.
