Dr. Billy Cordon- Galiano is a board-certified Urologist, Director of Urologic Reconstruction, Trauma and Prosthetics and Assistant Professor at Columbia University’s Division of Urology at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Dr. Cordon-Galiano earned his medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine. He completed his internship in general surgery and residency in urology at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. He then served as Chief Resident of Urology at Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr. Cordon-Galiano continued his training and also completed a fellowship in Urologic Reconstruction, Trauma, and Prosthetics fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center with Dr. Allen Morey.
Dr. Cordon-Galiano is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association.
Dr. Cordon-Galiano has authored or co-authored more than 40 peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, and book chapters on urologic reconstruction, sexual dysfunction, trauma, and prosthetics. He is involved in medical missionary work, where he provides free urologic reconstruction surgery in Latin America. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Tatem is a board-certified Urologist and fellowship-trained sexual medicine expert. He is currently based in Indianapolis, Indiana where he practices with one of the largest Urology groups in America, Urology of Indiana. He currently serves as co-director for Urology at Indiana’s Men’s Health Center, one of the highest volume dedicated Men’s Health practices in the nation.
Dr. Tatem attended college at the University of Georgia, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He went on to attend medical school at The Medical College of Georgia, where he graduated as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha with honors. He completed his residency in Urology at Indiana University School of Medicine before pursuing his fellowship in Male Sexual and Reproductive Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Tatem has dedicated his career to fields of male sexual wellness, male fertility, and Men’s Health. He is an internationally recognized expert in his field and has published extensively on Urology and Men’s Sexual Health.

Dr. Holly Barko is board-certified, and fellowship trained in regenerative medicine having excelled in aesthetic medicine, injections, and specialized skin care and anti-aging treatments. Dr. Barko attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX where she went on to complete an internship in Internal Medicine at Presbyterian Hospital, Dallas. Dr. Barko later completed her residency in anesthesiology, critical care, and pain management at the Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston where she was board-certified in 2011. She returned to Dallas to start her own practice. A few years into practice, it began to weigh on her how much of our medical care revolves around the treatment of illness through the heavy use of pharmaceutical drugs and surgical treatments as opposed to preventative care. Dr. Barko began to study functional and anti-aging medicine, using an integrative approach that focuses on preventative care and lifestyle changes. She went on to complete a fellowship in Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine and is now board-certified in this specialty. Dr. Barko has an extensive background in anesthesia, pain management, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine in both men and women and has been the medical director for Advanced Skin Fitness, Dallas since 2018.
